David A. Semanchik ESQAfter graduating from New England School of Law in Boston, Massachusetts, I clerked for the Honorable William Huber, Superior Judge of New Jersey, Chancery Division, Ocean County. I began my practice of law by working in a general practice law firm. This work experience gave me broad exposure to various areas of the law. Since opening my own practice in 1995, I have been able to dedicate most of my practice representing persons injured in car accidents, work accidents, dog bites, and falls; persons with problems in municipal court such as traffic violations including driving while intoxicated, without insurance or a license, speeding and other related offenses. For the past 10 years, I have expanded my practice to include a focus on representing taxpayers with IRS tax problems, Bankruptcy, Probate, Estate Administration, and Guardianships.

I set myself apart from other attorneys by providing added value for the work you pay me to do. In other words, I generally charge fixed, flat rate fees and provide additional services for no extra cost. The problems you bring to me will be resolved completely with your cooperation without hidden or additional costs to you.
