Our Locations and Hours
Our main office is located in Toms River, New Jersey. It is handicapped-accessible and conveniently close to the Ocean County Mall. Normal office hours are 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday. However, we also offer evening, weekend, and off-site appointments by request.
In addition, we have one satellite office: Monmouth County. Consultations at this office are available by appointment only.

Our firm’s founder, attorney David Semanchik, has more than 25 years of experience providing lasting legal solutions in a variety of practice areas, including tax relief, bankruptcy, criminal defense, personal injury, workers’ compensation, and general legal problems.
Mr. Semanchik provides each and every client with an honest and straightforward assessment of his or her case. In addition, he truly understands the needs and concerns of fellow New Jersey residents. He grew up here, attended school here, and has practiced law here.
After graduating in 1990 with his J.D. from the New England School of Law in Boston, Massachusetts, Mr. Semanchik clerked for the Honorable William Huber, a New Jersey Superior Court, Chancery Division judge in Ocean County. He then went on to work in general practice at Arthur Stein and Associates before opening our firm in 1995.
